Post-forming decorative HPL sheet
When heated to 165°C- 177°C ,HPL could be postformed to curve shape under pressure of 750psi. The post forming laminate is applied where a rolled edge desired,such as countertop or tabletop.The rolled edge eliminates seams ,which makes it hard to accumulate dust/stain and prevents substrate from being corroded.Post-form laminates normally ranges from 0.7-1.0mm in thickness and it’s not recommended on gypsum wallboard,concrete walls.
In terms of minimum forming radii,a minimum of 6.4mm inside radius and 9.5mm outside radius surface could be achieved.
